“Machine handle broke after only six uses. Swan refused to do any thing will not even consider it was a manufacturing fault. Complete waste of £150 would not recommend the product or they’re customer service”

“Easy set up and to use however a couple of downsides. The spray on the attachment for cleaning furniture & stairs is set and you are not able to alter it and it is really wide so when it comes to the end of the sofa arms the floor is getting wet same when doing the dining chairs my laminate floor was soaking. The sides of the stairs also were soaking when doing the carpet so not impressed with the attachment. Also there is nowhere to store the attachment on the cleaner itself so will need to find a spot to keep this as well as the cleaner. As for cleaning the carpets it really is good as long as you follow the instructions and go slowly. I had a couple of dirty rust marks behind a radiator cover where I discovered I had a leaky radiator and it cleaned these up and removed them with ease. Smells great too.”

“Great Carpet Machine! I find it does use up the solution pretty quickly so you will need to order an additional bottle with your order. It restored our bedroom carpet and removed all stains. Perfect to re fresh your carpets especially if you have pets!”

“I have had mine for approx 1year . The water tank leaks and I get another one as always out of stock the hand attachment which I have tried to use today doesn’t lock in easily but when you amanged to get it in it also leaks . The floor cover clips have also snapped … have only used 3 times since purchase Worst purchase ever and very disappointed”
