“I bought this a few weeks ago and so far I’m nothing but impressed. I have the docking station set up in my kitchen so I can grab it when my kids make a mess or the dog leaves paw prints on the floor. It’s so easy to use. I have high gloss floor tiles which used to take me about 1. 5 hours to hoover and mop without leaving marks on the floor and it now takes me 9 minutes to do. I have a golden retriever who looses a lot of hair so I hoover with my shark in the morning and then use my crossover for the rest of the day - I think the cross over could handle the hair but I don’t want to ruin the machine.”
