“In a nutshell, we had no emails or tracking info from Swan. Our item was delivered on 11th December at around 2pm and we received an email at 5pm the same day from Swan to say our order was out for delivery. We were on holiday and returned the 12th to see the product was stolen. Why Swan are using an incompetent courier is beyond me, at least leave it with a neighbour than just dump it on the doorstep and drive off. I have contacted Swan for the past 2 weeks (nearly) and have not received a refund as I will have to order elsewhere. Poor customer service (if it even exists) and I am down £200 with no product. Never again will I use Swan.”

“I don’t usually write a lot of reviews but I felt I had to share how wonderful this machine is i Absolutely love it. I was blown away by the colour of the water on the first use I had been mopping my floors with a spray mop before but the filth this picked up was unreal and it dries really quickly as well I love how she talks to me and tell me what to do and self cleans too. oh and also she is a really good dry hoover. I can’t fault her so if you want your floors to be clean and dry in minutes go for it you won’t be sorry!!”
