I don’t even know where to start. First off: it weighs nothing so you have to hold it with one hand when you put the coffee holder in the machine with the other hand which is cumbersome. Second: you can’t put enough coffee in the holder for 2 cups, it’s ridiculous. Third: not enough pressure! It drips out instead of streaming out, no matter if you just cleansed the machine or not. Fourth: forget the steamer, you have to purchase a separate machine for milk foam. Fifth: my machine does not sit in direct sunlight, yet the water reservoir’s colour has faded dramatically to a pastel orange whilst the rest of the machine has kept its colour. Sixth: the ‘chrome’ parts are plastic and it scratches way too easily so within one month it looks ugly. Concluding: a total and utter waste of money. Oh and I forgot to tell that the first one died within 6 months, the second one (that I received for replacement) is just as miserable as the first one, everything I wrote are my experiences with the second one. Never again Swan for me. It is far too expensive for the quality you get and the pressure is far too low. It says 15 Bar, but I think it it barely 10.

I haven’t used this yet, but love the look. It goes well with my Swan retro toaster & kettle.

Bought this a little while ago but had to leave a review as it is such a lovely machine. Easy to use and makes coffee tastes really good, have saved a fortune on coffees as rarely buy them now as I prefer the ones made with this!

Had it for less than a month before the steam wand stopped producing steam. Carried out all the recommended steps to fix and still no joy! Very very disappointing!!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, it’s nearly 3 months later and I still hate it. The espresso side of things is fine for a cheap machine however the milk frothing mechanism doesn’t last long enough to properly froth and heat the milk. I end up having to turn the knob off then wait until it heats up again and repeat a few times. Not sure whether it’s an issue with our machine as I bought this based off the good reviews.

Purchased this machine for my boyfriend for Christmas based off the seemingly good reviews. It’s now 2 months later and I still hate it. The espresso pump is fine for a cheap machine like this however the milk frothing mechanism is terrible as the water doesn’t sustain its temperature for long enough to actually froth the milk. I have never once been able to make a hot coffee using this machine for that reason. If anyone is looking for an espresso machine I would avoid this and just pay a bit extra for a decent machine.

Loved my machine when I got it as a christmas present however it started to leak and the milk frother stopped coming on. I cleaned it regularly and the even got some additional tools to clean it however still stopped working. The actual body of the machine feels quite fragile and you can feel the knobs have to latch onto something to turn so if this is not secure at any point, it will not work. It now continues to leak watery coffee from the back and front and milk frother does not work. Tried to request replacement, however I am just outside of the warranty period so nothing can be done. I refuse to buy a new one, in my opinion something like a coffee machine should be more sturdy and have a longer warranty period. Does not last long, would recommend to purchase a more reputable brand known for coffee machines not just for aesthetics.
