Honestly, it looks great, super stylish toaster, but it is all style over substance. The toaster is incredibly light, echoing the £10 range of toasters, but its most annoying feature is its danger element. If you like Warburtons bread, forget it. If you like crumpets, forget it. Your fingers are genuinely going to get burned here. Slots are too small to fit the bread and the lever on the side only raises the toasted item up around 5mm, so effectively not at all. Crumpets are so deep in the toaster, you have to tilt the whole thing and dice with the intensely hot plate on the top to get it out. Fingers in the actual toaster, which according to Swan, is the way they have designed the toaster!! There is also no form of protection on the top. Many toasters have a sunken element so even when you touch the top of the toaster by accident, it is not going to burn you. Not with this one! Honestly, every day I have burnt my fingers, or just beneath my nail from having to stick my fingers in the toaster to fish something out. Beautiful to look at, terrible to use. Unarguably the worst-designed toaster I have ever used. You will be wasting your money.

Bought this toaster had it only 6 months and the leaver has broken already ,you need to keep your finger on in to cook your toast . Waste of money considering what I paid for it at the time ,wouldnt recommend this product go and buy a cheap 1 lasts longer

Bought the toaster to go with the kettle. Unfortunately, I did not take a slice of bread with me. This toaster does not fit an average size piece of sliced bread. Naming no names. It toasts the trimmed bread absolutely fine, but I would nit recommend to anyone. Very disappointed really.

Looks smart and does thick pieces of bread. Have to hold it to press down the toasting button which can result in burnt fingers if going for another round of toast. Also there is no way of getting the toast to rise up a bit so can’t use small bits of bread unless you turn it off and hoick them out with a fork.

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because I still have not received it! Someone from your customer services is trying to chase Evri, I've tried to chase Evri. Consider using a different courier. Will give it one more week then will request a refund and buy your products from somewhere else that don't use Evri.
