“To be honest, I'm disappointed with the toaster, which I got to match a microwave. It's big, but light and the lever is hard to press. So the other end of the toaster lifts when you press it down. The exterior (stainless steal part) gets hot when toasting, which is dangerous with small children around. Stainless steel is also difficult to clean. I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew of these issues. Too late now, so will have to live with it for now, but I wouldn't recommend it.”

“I have been waiting for this to come back into stock and ordered as soon as the email alert arrived. It completes my corner in the kitchen so I am delighted! Makes lovely crisp toast too. Highly recommend! Great customer service, quality and price using some of my loyalty points! Thank you Swan!”

“This toaster can only barely fit two very small slices of bread in. It toasts unevenly, regardless of the setting, meaning you have the option of partially burnt or partially raw/stale. It has the fun feature of firing your bread onto the floor when it deems them toasted. Absolute waste of money, do not buy.”

“I love the look of this toaster, it’s stylish and chic. My only complaint would be the metal plate on the top does get very hot during use and I’ve burnt my finger tips a few times already when using the lever to raise the toast! Other than that, it’s fab!”
