“The His and Her pack represents good value when you are both using the shakes. Great range of flavours and if you're unsure of which ones you'd like - try the small multipack with the individual satchels first. We have settled on the Chocolate and Coffee flavours and they have a creamy texture and taste pretty good.
After a couple of weeks of using the hand shaker, we stepped up to a Ninja blender and that has made a huge difference to the overall consistency. We found using the hand shaker still left some powder in the mix. We also use chilled water and drop a couple of ice cubes prior to blending.
I've lost just over 7kg in 10 weeks but I am not yet exercising nor have I made drastic changes to my overall diet. We both like the convenience of the shakes in the morning and usually twice a week I will also replace my dinner with a shake but I tend not to have them on the weekend. I also cut out sugar and trimmed my meal portion sizes but I haven't gone all kale and crazy. The shakes are a great tool for your overall weight loss journey.”

Strictly to your plan- no soft drinks, tea or coffee with no sugar, no sausages or fried foods,no bacon or sweets, no chocolate, no hot milo on sleepless nights, no pastry products ,only one main meal a day with lots of veggies & fruit & drinking lots of water.
