I mix up my flavours. Keeps it interesting. If the taste doesn’t agree with me, I’ll add some Cinnamon, a bit of the boost product or the vegetable one or chuck in a hand full of frozen fruit or a banana or apple. There’s always a way to tweak the taste.
Coupled with 4 HIIT workouts and walking during the week (cus I love me some adrenaline rush-I’m 42 and just had my 5th child. I need it!) I have proudly lost 10kilos in 8 weeks. That’s with the 2 shakes a day and a meal and when I get desperate, Brazil nuts and dates or just water. I’m desperate to get back to my late twenties body. 15kilos to go and I’m excited to get there by the time I hit 43! Less than 6 months ago.
