“I started out buying the box with lots of flavours but soon discovered that I was happy with 2 flavours - Vanilla and Cookies n Cream. I add my own coffee shots or a drop or two of store bought essence. This suits my palate and budget. I love the convenience of the shakes as my husband and I don't have to think about breakfast or lunch and know we are still getting the nutrition our bodies need. We have both lost a few kilos and would like to drop a few more, but the convenience without gaining is a huge win for us. Ordering is easy and always arrives promptly.”
