“Made me feel sick, headaches and taste was awful. Vomited it back up 15 mins later on the second packet. Yes I did follow instructions to mix with water and not milk. Asked for help from customer service but wouldn’t give me a refund or even a partial one when I asked if I could send the rest back after I’ve spent over $150 for the set and a shaker. No resolution whatsoever was offered. And I’ve tried only 2 packets out of the entire set by the way. Sent them batch numbers so they could check the quality to save anyone else incase it is faulty but still have not heard back. Extremely disappointing because I trusted this company because of the reviews but the lack of understanding and greed is unbelievable.

“Have been using for 2 years. Reached my goal weight after 3 mths and kept it off. I really miss the peanut butter choc crunch flavour and had just placed an order when passion fruit came out and didn’t get in quick enough on re order. Would love to try that flavour. Long term I do get a little bored with standard flavours but l wouldn’t stop using it.”
