“I think the product is an excellent choice for meal replacement, I bought 4 packets of man shake some time ago always worked as a meal replacement with no hunger problems. SO! It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered, But I’m giving up the Grog, And I know the Man Shake will definitely help we my nutrition, and hopefully my WITHDRAWAL Symptoms”
