“The man shake 3 get one free is worth it. I’ve tried a lot of shakes some good, some absolutely terrible.
It’s quite filling and best blendered with a blender as it is quite thick. The flavours some are very strong and others are just there. Must shake the bag to get all flavours.
I buy the man shake due to health differences in the lady shake.
Also I’m gluten intolerant and this hasn’t upset my stomach yet like nearly all other shakes.”
“I started this a few months ago and lost 9kgs in a couple of weeks but seem to have hit a wall so haven't formed a solid opinion as yet. If I continue to hover around the same weight I think I will try another method. I thought it was going to help me lose the 18kgs I need to lose and I joined a gym to try and speed things up but it seems not to help much at all even though I go at least three times a week. Plenty of people noticed my initial loss but it just seems stuck so I feel I may have gained all the benefits I can from this product. I was 109kgs when I started and got down to 98kg but am back to 101kg despite cutting back on my beer and wine consumption. I used to drink every day but now only have a few while watching the footy with my lady wife. My target is to get to 90kg or under so I've got at least 10kgs to go and aren't going down. My real goal is to have more than one stomach muscle but the bulge is still there. So.... the jury's still out. If I attain my goal I'll be in touch to let you know.
