“I love the man shake, it helps me restrict calories, it provides additional protein that i lack at times, i love all the flavours but especially the caramel. I combine the flavours to make choc strawberry etc to give me even more combinations. These are the best meal replacement or supplement shakes i have had and will continue to use them to help reduce caloric intake.”
