“Hi, I do enjoy the product but last time, I had issue with the system and it captured a wrong address. Upon checking up the confirmation email, I realised it soon and tried to reach the support instantly, in all platforms, Facebook, Gmail, Instagram and even the customer care number but I had no response at all. It was very difficult and frustrating to reach the support and then I realised that you are super commercial and all that you care for is orders and money and not customer satisfaction.
