“I’m enjoying the shake but would prefer less sweetener. I can taste that the shake has some stevia or similar - I think I’d prefer it without.
Maybe you could try a less sweetener/no sweetener product line for your those who like me, don’t need the sweetener”
“I only have one shake per day at breakfast time. I lost 10kg over the first 3 to 4 months but haven't lost any more since, but i am happy where i am at so far. If i got serious about it i am sure i would lose more.
My favourites are chocolate and coffee flavours. Sometimes i have 1 scoop of each which is good, and sometimes i put a big teaspoon of instant coffee into the mix as well. I usually use 550 to 600 milliliters per mix which i think is still fairly thick, and sometimes just make up a half mix.”

Happy with 80 Gut goes. Feels much better. You need to support it though. Dont eat the carbs at night. This will undo all the work during the day. I find the fat goes in every other area of the body first, and then the gut. So it takes 5 or 6 weeks to get good results. I have done 3 shakes a day for three weeks when i started to eat to many carbs. It did stop my bad input, and things started to work quickly again. Still use it every day. Two shakes - as little carbs as possible at night.”
