“I’m really giving this a go , having 2 shakes lunch and dinner and having cereal in morning , so far I’m losing about 2kg a week and I’m only getting thoughts in head of food because I’m used to eating objects , so I feel okay I started at 113kg and I’m trying and will get to 90kg then I might revert to one shake a day anc I guess my stomach will of reduced by then making me fuller with less”
“Everything about it is great, taste is on point, mixes well in hand shaker or blender, fills you up but takes a day or two to get used to it. Only complaint i have is the scoop holds product and it all falls out in one big clump.”
