“Still trying to get fully into it. Sometimes I will eat something else instead of the second shake, with the intention of having a shake as a dinner replacement. It doesn't always happen that way though, particularly if the wife is cooking dinner. Sometimes I will substitute one of my self made protein shakes but the problem is that it's at least twice the volume of a normal man shake. I need to lose the weight so I'll keep trying to get it right. I do snack too much still. That's probably my biggest failing.”
“I have tried the cholocolate and the honey nougat so far, they don't taste great. Just okay at best. Would recommend getting ON double chocolate or something similar.”
