“I have been on my Man Shake program for about five months now, What it has done for me is helped to change the way I think about what I eat. I believe that for weight loss to be lasting, it should not be done too quickly as when you get to the weight you desire you need to be able to maintain it. I have lost about 18 Kg so far whilst on my program so far part of which was a man Challenge in November. I am seventy years old had a physically demanding job and am now retiered with a bit of Arthritis in my hips. I found the challenge very rewarding but some parts were a real challenge, but I managed to get through and was pleased with my achievements. what Man Shake has done for me is given me a meaningful education on how to lose weight and so become healthier. As time has passed exercising has become easier and the rewards I get are not necessarily a beer or a piece of pizza but how I feel about myself. the bottom line is that it has been able to
