“I've been drinking these man shakes for 3 weeks now, ranging from 1 to 3 shakes a day, basically whenever I need a meal but can't be bothered cooking/making something. I'm convinced this is the easiest tool for weight loss I've tried in 15 years of yoyo-ing.
The taste/texture is good. However, it took me by surprise at first (in a bad way). After the first couple I now really enjoy them and I've lost 3kg without starving or having to eliminate entire food groups, which as any dieter would know is a pain in the a** and makes you crave and obsess.
The buy 3 get 1 free deal is great value. I feel this is a fair price for a product that is this good.”
“The box item is significantly more expensive than the bag item, which is a shame. I would buy the boxed flavours if they came in the bag. The variety box is a good way of finding out what I don't like before buying bag of it! :)”
“The 4 for the price of 3 is good value for cost, They taste good (to me), and make for a quick breakfast when it might otherwise get skipped. They have a decent selction of flavors (but I wish they would permanently expand into more), the seasonal limited edtion flavors often go quick so if interested in one of them you may not want to wait on them.
The shakes can and have assisted with weightloss, but they arent magic.”
