“Manshake has a good array of flavours, but you need to try them rather than hope they're going to taste the way you expect (I'm looking at you caramel and coffee).
Manshake works but it's not a silver bullet. There has to be some focus and discipline on your part. However, if you can work it into your routine, it does work.”
