“I love this pack because it represents great value. I can mix and match depending on whether I'm focusing on losing or maintaining my weight. I find I really need the bars to be included or else I snack all afternoon till dinner. A bar in the arvo keeps me full enough. Rocky road is my favourite.”

“The Bareakfast & Coffee to Go shakes are not to my liking at all. They are way too sweet & the consistancy is too thick. I chose Vanilla Latte & Espresso. For whatever reason I am unable to select the "not to my liking" box for flavour & no for re-order”
