Having now used that sachel and subsequently purchased the 4 for 3 deal (more banana plus strawberry && vanilla) available online I can truthfully say that I find the shakes both enjoyable and satisfying. Even with the odd 'appropriate' addition to the shakes just makes them more so. I intend to continue with the shakes and can recommend them.”
