“I have only been on the man shake forr3 weeks, and initially getting my head around the concept of when to eat, what to eat etc. I did a bit of research on www.themanshake.com.au and found some basic meal planning ideas when to eat and so on. I guess each person's goal is different. I started at 2100clas a day but found I was not even reaching 1500c/day so with that changed to 1500c/day. While that sounds like very little it seems to be sustainable at this point in time. Man Shakes, Man Bars & Super Greens along with a balanced dinner are more than enough. I am doing 1hr to 115hr gym sessions daily, mixed up as 15mins cardio beginning 45 to 50 mins strength finishing 4 x 10min assault bike reps ( the killer) Have dropped the beers and have a couple of G&T or Vodka Sodas. find these much easier to put down than a beer. The bottom line is the Man Shakes works, but work at it with balance, there is no magic bullet to a bad diet.”
“The Man Shake is a food that really does do what is claimed of it. You can follow the general directions of how to use it, and you will by doing that lose weight. I lost some seven kg in the first five weeks. At 84 it is not easy to shed weight and I will continue with the process. Buy one get one free means these great results cost me less than I expected.”
