Thanks for your positive feedback.
We do recommend making our GO range of shakes with cold liquid in the shaker and then transferring to a mug or cup and placing in the microwave for up to a minute if you wish to have them heated.
We would hate for you to make it up with hot water in the shaker and accidentally not have the top screwed on or the cap closed and burn yourself.
