Boost is recommended to take 30 minutes before consuming any food/shake, before a workout or if you want to avoid the afternoon crash.
This caffeinated beverage is suggested to take at the latest after lunch to avoid sleep disruptions.
We suggest no more than two servings a day if you can tolerate high caffeine levels.

“My previous review (and seemingly all other negative reviews) have been removed here. This certainly shows a lack of integrity on the part of the company. I came here today to revise my review now that I have used Boost for some time. The flavour is way too strong unless you are using a level scoop in 600ml of water. If they told you this, I think a lot less people would be overwhelmed by the sweetness and flavour. Given that I had spent around $120 on 3 containers, I decided to try it again after my first experience and have grown to quite enjoy the flavours now. I don't drink coffee or cola drinks so I am fairly sensitive to caffeine. I have always felt like I was missing out on that morning coffee hit that everyone else enjoys. Boost gives me that hit so I now have it every morning - especially since I can no longer have the manshake due to gastro complications caused by my medication. Whilst Boost can be enjoyable when sufficiently diluted, the amount of sediment left in the bottom of the glass concerns me and I have had zero weight loss.”
