The flavour is super fruity and sweet but you can always use more water or less powder to suit your taste. I used about 800ml water to one scoop and it was a great flavour for me, but I’m not much of a sweet tooth.
Being quite sensitive to caffeine I found BOOST was a bit strong for me, I can see why it’s recommended to have this 30 minutes before a meal, that seemed to calm things down.
For busy women who don’t want to be reaching for a second or third coffee, BOOST will be perfect!!”
