Every new flavour goes through several months of development, testing, and refinement with our Research & Development team – including feedback from a test group of customers – before we launch it to the public.
That said, we completely understand that taste is subjective. What works for one person might not work for another, and it sounds like this one really missed the mark for you.

“Tasty chicken soup, a little salty on the after-taste but really enjoyed it on a cold day. Somehow the hot aspect makes it even more filling than a shake (and they are pretty darn filling), next one def want to add some noodles in it even with the xtra calories”
