“I like the product, but will NOT ever be ordering it again. So much went wrong with my order, just a horrible experience and I am so disappointed. I originally came across this vinyl on Amazon Canada and absolutely loved the way the rose gold cut. I decided to make a larger purchase off their website because not all of their colours were available on Amazon. When the order arrived I was hit with a large customs bill, almost $60. I opened the box and the rolls were literally just put into a box. They were not in plastic or wrapped in tissue so ALL the rolls were dinged up and very dusty. 3 of the smaller rolls were rolled so tight that when I went to use it, it all creased up and bubbled making it unusable. I reached out to the company which asked for pictures of the damage and they ended up offering to replace the 3 rolls. About 2 weeks later UPS came to my door asking me to pay another customs fee of $60 for my replacement order. The company attached the original receipt to the replacement order. Which I don't understand. I did not pay for the replacement order, therefore I should not have been made to pay more taxes and customs on the vinyl. It was literally less than $10 for the 3 rolls of vinyl. I cannot afford to pay $60 to get that from UPS. So I had no choice but to refuse the delivery. They should have just refunded me for the damaged rolls to begin with. So now to date, I paid for the 3 rolls I can't use. Didn't receive the replacement and never received a refund. Sadly I will not be supporting this business anymore and have been looking around for a new supplier for the rose gold.”
