“I was a little confused, as most HTV will need mirroring and require you to place the material shiny side down. I wasted some of my material figuring this out. Traditional HTV settings did not work with my cutter on this vinyl. My machine shredded the material and I found it so hard to use. I haven't even tried to transfer it to anything because I can't get a decent cut out. I checked the listing on craftables again but wasn't able to find any guidance.”

“WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED... My order arrived damaged and every piece of vinyl and transfer tape had a hole through it. I reached out to customer service multiple times, 4 emails, messaged them through their website, called them twice, left a voicemail, no response whatsoever. Their FAQ page clearly states "If you have received a damaged item or, if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item, please reach out to customer service and we will send out a replacement the same day. ". If your order arrives damaged don't expect to get a replacement or your money back...”
