“I cant believe you are asking me to write a review on our purchase that we have never received. The Royal Mail tracking is still saying 'sender dispatching item's which I was notified a week ago on 4/8/20. I paid extra for 2 day delivery as purchase was gift to our daughter for doing well at school. We want a full refund as we will be buying the item elsewhere. Very disappointed. I order the item 2/8/20 and was expecting delivery 6/8/20. We are now the 11/8. Your phone just rings and you ignored my emails. If I dont receive a full refund I wi be taking it further.”
