RoboCop returns to fight his toughest opponent yet: his replacement!
RoboCop 2 pits two unstoppable cyborgs against each other in a battle to the death! When Detroit's descent into chaos is further compounded by a police department strike and a new designer drug called "Nuke," only RoboCop can stop the mayhem. But in his way are an evil corporation that profits from Motor City crime and a bigger and tougher cyborg with a deadly directive: Take out RoboCop. Containing the latest gadgetry and weaponry as well as the mind of the madman who designed "Nuke," this new cyborg isn't just more sophisticated than his predecessor... he's psychotic and out of control! And it's going to take everything RoboCop has – maybe even his life – to save Detroit from complete and utter anarchy.

Finally a home video release with ample extras of this solid sequel! Shout Factory went above and beyond as they normally do. Highly recommended!

RoboCop 2 is a great movie. It may not be as good as the original RoboCop, but it does entertain with plenty of violence, humor, and some nice stop-motion effects. Shout Factory's RoboCop 2 release is superb. The movie looks great, and the disc contains a ton of extras. I highly recommend this release.

This one gets maligned by critics and fans of the original but I loved it. As for the Shout ScreamFactory release, its outstanding! Love the packaging and the original poster artwork and the look and sound are top notch. Love getting more bluray collectors editions to add to my collection!

Robocop 2's obviously not as good as its predecessor, but has more than enough good ideas to warrant a couple of viewings, and it's never looked better on our TV screens than in this nice new transfer! Thanks, also, for the nifty extras, Shout! Factory, particularly the FX documentary!

A great sequel with a more polished Robocop, still manned by the great Peter Weller, backdrop of a declining Detroit city, ridiculous media news breaks & social commenting commercials and corporate malfeasance by none other than the "old man" Dan O'Herlihy. Plus we get the mechanized baddie Kane, a badass design, in an awesome Robo-match. Although nothing outdoes the original work by Verhoeven, Irvin Kershner (Empire Strikes Back) works his own magic to make Robo 2 stand out.
