“I've had connection difficulties and reached out for support. We are trying a few things to keep it connected. The unit is much heavier than expected and it tends to tip the laptop backwards. The is a disappointment. The concept is great, but may need some improvements to be a sustainable monitor system. I'm still in my 30 day period and might return it. Still undecided. Thank you.”

“The monitor is kind of dim back-lit. The monitor will flicker. It takes me a few minutes of adjusting the plug to get it to stop flickering on and off. My 2019/2020 macbook dies faster then it charges when using the monitor. This may be more to cpu usage in combination with the monitor.”

“My SideTrak is excellent but the cord no longer works , so i am without a second monitor again. The website is sold out so I am struck.”

“Attached it to my laptop. It's pretty bulky. The added weight is too much for the magnets to hold it in place. Everytime I close the laptop and reopen, I have to reattach the screen, which has to be just right or it falls off.”

“Great design, but I was disappointed that the screen was not compatible with my computer and kept flickering. I had to return it since I could not use it.”
