“Purchased this after I purchased the original for my Windows 10 Dell Laptop for my business. That monitor installed easy. I purchased the second one for my MacBook Pro using Catalina 10.15.1 and I have installed and uninstalled 4 times which is very frustrating. I have gone to every troubleshooting YouTube and sidetrack site to view the videos and it still doesn't work. I called the customer service number and now I have to wait for them to call me back sometime between now and tomorrow or whenever. If I had a message like that on my business phone I would have no business. Based on the price of this product there should be better tech/customer support to assist with people who have immediate issues.Like I said this is my second and if it doesn't load or they don't call me back it will be my last!!!!! I will wait and answer two of the questions regarding queries and customer service once I receive my call back.”

“It is not steady when it is pulled out. The magmatic does not hold steady when hooked-up The screen is smaller than I expected.”

“I really like the product. It is very easy to connect and very convenient to use. If I were to mention the cons it would be the weight. It causes my laptop screen to be very flimsy/move back and forth very easily due to the added weight. Also the chord could be a tad longer as I prefer my screen on the right side of my laptop and my only USB port is on the left side. Overall I love the product and would recommend to anyone looking for an additional portable monitor for your laptop.”

“This is a game changer for me. I have a home office and bringing in a bulky second monitor would have crowded my workspace. As importantly, I travel constantly and having a second monitor will help me be as productive on the road as I am in my office. Love the SideTrak. Can you make one for an Mac Desktop too??”
