“I'm very pleased so far with my SideTrak monitor. I would have given it 5 stars but there is a key step in the setup process that is left out, which required me to call customer service. I left a voice mail and got a callback about 30 minutes later, and the very kind technician solved the problem in 15 seconds.”

“Its too heavy to be on my laptop, on its stand, everything just falls down. So it's just a regular monitor on my counter now, but not as good because of the metal bar it sits on its side unevenly. I would return it if it wasn't so hard to do so. Disappointed.”

“I was really excited the cords were already usbc compatible with my Mac. I opened the box and saw that the usbc cord was. the side that goes into the sidetrak. I'm disappointed this wasn't clear on purchasing. I will need to go out and buy a dongle to make it compatible with my laptop.”

“This is a fantastic product. Easy to install and works like a dream. I am giving it three stars in order to alert people to check to see if the magnets interfere with the functioning of your laptop. My Lenovo uses a magnetic signal to indicate that the unit is closed and the screen should go black. Well, the magnets in this product sent the same signal and my screen went black. As soon as I took the SideTrak off the screen came to life so I am sure this was the issue. I am going to order the freestanding model. Customer service (shout out to Cody) was fast and responsive (they actually diagnosed the magnet problem right away).”
