Excellent customer service! I was having issues with my Sidetrak not matching up with my laptop and was immediately guided through how to resolve this issue. It turned out to be a Citrix issue that is resolved after adjusting my zooms. They were very helpful in screen shotting everything I needed to to fix my issue. Super happy with my Sidetrak!!!!

This is AWESOME. I cant believe this wasn't developed/released years ago. I brought it as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife and tried it out while she was away and ohhhh my goodness, right after Christmas I will be ordering another one for myself. I cant wait to see the look on her face come Christmas morning.

This is a really really useful tool for the working road warrior. First of all - The tangibles; Exquisite box and packaging. Fantastic design and perfect execution all around. The screen and its slide-out structure looks sleek and sexy, though I don't quite like the 4 magnets now permanently on my MacBook Pro lid. It's the price of usage, but I still do not like it. c'est la vie. I do find that the structure has a little flimsy feel to it on the one hand (I am always terrified I'll break it if I pull on it too hard), yet "sticky" on the other. When pulling the screen out after attaching it to the laptop lid it is a little hard to slide out. Maybe because it is new. When it is pulled out completely, the screen unit tilts down slightly. At first it irked me (looked like sloppy design or a defective unit) but I have gotten used to it and the angle does not bother me now. The cable and connectors look quite rugged and I have yet to have a problem with them. It is very convenient that it has both a USB type connectors. Startup: Took all of four tries (and 3 restarts)to get the Mac to recognize the screen, but since then there has been no problem. Screen quality Looks adequate for my needs. I don't do image editing on it, mainly keep it for checking emails and on occasion for access to a reference document for something I am writing on my main laptop screen. Day-to Day Attaching the tracks to the laptop lid is easy. As mentioned before, sliding the screen out is sometimes sticky. The screen will black out 2-3 times a day, for a second or two, then re-groups and is back to normal. Not a huge issue but slightly annoying all the same. Good features: Light-weight, Portable, Extends my screen-space, Screen rotates for presentations. Would like to see: Sturdier structure A protective bag/sleeve included with the product (there is one for sale on the website for $25) In Summary A really good productivity tool all in all, and even though I do not buy into the sales pitch of it being able to double ones productivity, it is very convenient. I am stillvvery happy with the purchase. I would prefer if it were at the $200 price point, which is where I believe it should be, but was happy to fork out the extra cash in support of the company, in the hope that the price goes down for future purchases as orders and production ramps up. And I just love the looks of envy I get from my fellow working road warriors (WRW's?)

I need to update my most recent review because they did call back and it was a security issue with Catalina. As many times as I was in their troubleshooting area, this was not clear that is why I am giving it a 4 star and not a 5. it is very clear and is working great!!!

All I can say it's a game changer for individuals that are always on the go. Yeah it's a slight heavy. But its worth it. I'm sure maybe making it a slight lighter and smoother to roll out..it would be perfect!!! But it's close to it.

Really like the sidetrak - I am so much more productive with a dual screen! My only complaint is that you can't adjust the brightness and it is definitely more dim then I like my screen settings...
