“The layout proof was fine. The stone, when it eventually arrived, is beautiful. Communication on when the stone would be ready was sorely lacking. When an order is complete, an estimated delivery date should be communicated to the buyer. Updates as things change or happen would be greatly appreciated.”
“I was disappointed to find out that this $50 proof was only online. It's hard enough picking out a headstone for your husband, let alone trying to comprehend all the details too. If it's on the website that it's only offered for online viewing, I'm sorry I missed it. I still don't understand why it's so expensive. I guess I expected something to come in the mail .. for future reference, prosperity, .. I don't know. Ultimately, not happy about it.”
