“I bought a headstone for my husband's grave through Signature Headstones. Darrell and Kyra answered all my emails or online chat requests. I contacted Darrell 5 or 6 times and each time he was quick to reply and give me answers to my questions. The company did an excellent job constructing the headstone. I sent them jpg images of what I wanted the stone to look like. I needed a semi bare headstone. Darrell did the name/date-graphics and he did an excellent job. The people that made the headstone and everyone involved with graphics did a great job.
My only dislike was the shipping company. After giving me a delivery date (delivered within a specified week) they were three days late after the week was up. The delivery truck driver came solo and was not prepared to "set" the headstone or base in place at the gravesite. He said that was not his job, that particular issue was not made clear to us. We had to line up a crew to lift and place 500+ pounds and that took a couple days. So in the meantime the headstone and base sat on a pallet at the cemetery for three days. The stone is in place now and it looks fantastic.”
