“First shipment was rock solid. Colors aren't as sharp as I'd like, but I don't know what the industry norm is. Second shipment contained an error so they 2-day aired me a complete replacement and it was perfect. Great customer service. They put the customer first and it shows.”
“I had to call a few times to get my order situated. The first time I called the man was non chalant. He was like well perhaps you should shop somewhere else if we don't have what you need. The next two women I dealt with were very nice even though I may have not been too happy with outcome.”
