“The sign came damaged after shipping. It was poorly packaged and was bent and unusable for our event. I contacted them to request a replacement, which they were happy to do, and promised that it would be here in time for my event. I got the confirmation of the reprint, and it showed it would arrive a week after our event. When I called to address this, they were not able to provide me with enough confidence that the issue was resolved. Now I just hope that they refund me as stated. Customer service was nice, but the outcome was not satisfactory.”
“The signs are excellent - great color and size. However, the 4 signs that were 24" x 36" were put into a box that was too small for them! The signs were folded at one side, which meant that viewers could not adaquetely see the last digit of the phone number on the sign. I am disappointed that the signs were not shipped in a box that was long enough for them.”
