“Getting this request to review my purchase and seeing the sign to review is very ripe! The sign in the review email (see below) is the sign that I had thought I had purchased on order #80248036 and was what I was expecting. But a previous draft version I had worked on was ultimately placed as the order, somehow and someway, I don't know how it was chosen over the one below. When I got the confirmation email right after the order, I immediately responded back to your customer service that the sign on the order was in fact that wrong sign. When they got back to me they said the sign had already been shipped and nothing they could do about that. So seeing my expected sign on this review email is like unbelievable! The customer service rep was nice and pleasant, but clueless about answering anything about this mishap other than offering two options: 1) a $90 courtesy refund or 2) they would redo a sign at $35 with my design but charge me another $112 in shipping. I told them why couldn't you apply the $90 refund to the re-order (to reduce shipping to a reasonable amount) but no can do. So I just opted for the $90 refund and used the sign I didn't want. BTW, if I had shipped that sign back to in the original package, it would have only cost me about $65 going through www.pirateship.com my preferred shipping source. I asked the customer service rep to let the management know that something went wrong here. Now with this review, seeing my original expected design in that email, it just shows something is off with your system. I've ordered from you all before and was pretty happy, but I'm not sure if I will use you all in the future especially if I have to go through this craziness.”
