“The arrow on the other side of the sign did not match the direction. I wasn't sure exactly how it should point in my design given the use of the website upload, so I followed an example of one of the pre-made signs from the signs on the cheap website. Apparently using their example was still not the right way. Secondly you would think that somebody from the co might pick up the phone or send an email out saying the directions not correct, and give an opportunity to change it. Is that so hard to do, is customer service these days that low? I would appreciate new signs made and would be willing to pick up the shipping cost. I will see if anybody calls me back and update my review if so.”
