Then, I place an order and they immediately delete the order and send an email saying, "OOPS!". No phone call, no nothing, no offer to place it again, no offer of a discount for their mistake. I order it again and again, I have to deal with an automated reply that the art is not good enough. Like I'm going to give them a .psd or .ai for a yard sign. A simple .jpg or .gif is fine. Then, after three MORE days of nothing, I have to phone to find out order status, because chat is similarly nothing more than an automated thing that cannot answer questions and only guides you to call, since emails are not answered by a person. I then learn they're waiting on the same email I sent back when I first ordered. Gee, after three days, maybe they could call to make sure I was aware they were waiting on something I sent them already? Of course not! Much like when they delete your order, the burden is on you to call them to let them know you would like the order they deleted.
Then, they tell me there will be ANOTHER delay because no one could be bothered to have good customer service and phone. That's forbidden there. This place does not believe in good service. In general. I need the signs by a specific date, which is why I ordered them when I did. They have to "get approval" to upgrade shipping to get them to me by the date they promised. Gee, you order something, they promise a date, then have to see if they can keep their own promise. By this point, I should be getting my whole order comped due to their multiple screw ups and inability to contact customers.
Well, I do get the order and it looks fine, but NEVER using this company EVER again. Their "service" is the absolute below rock bottom. DO NOT USE!”
