“They always did a great job on my previous orders. Always. Not this time though. The company asked me to resubmit one photo, advising the sign would otherwise be blurry. Sure enough, one side of each sign was in sharp focus and the other side was indeed blurry. I had replied to them and said I trusted their judgment. I went on to ask them to please ensure both sides were the same. They were not. No 100% effort was evident on their part. They printed off the low quality product and shipped them to me.
