“This was my 4th order with Signs on the Cheap, and 3rd order at 18x24", all using the same art file. The printing and color repro have been solid for every order.
However, also for every order, I sit here staring at your boxes of printed signs, waiting days for the stakes to arrive. This is why I have placed far more orders with Signs.com, which usually delivers the exact same signs (with stakes) 4-5 days after I place the order. Not only are their signs printed and delivered more quickly, but the stakes arrive the same day or earlier.
Since I assume you're drop shipping the stakes from a 3rd party supplier, why can you not place your stakes order when I place my sign order? I don't mind staring at the delivered stakes, knowing that the signs take a bit more time to setup, print, inspect, and ship.
Finally, I noticed that the quality of these stakes, although I always select your "standard" stakes, is NOT the same as those provided for my previous orders. These are made of the same diameter metal rod, but are "softer", very easily bending. I've got samples of stakes still remaining from several other orders, provided by Signs on the Cheap, Signs.com, and Dope Marketing, and the stakes for order 91122897 are absolutely sub-standard. I'm very disappointed.”
