“The process was overall simple, however the design interface was a bit unclear and vague in terms of centering and overall understanding of where the image would be cut, and what the limits were. My signs arrived with a white unprinted border on only the bottom and side, after I designed my image to stretch to what I thought was the dashed bounding box. This could have been caught in production, and someone could have reached out to let me know the image would not be centered, and completely covering the limits of the sign.
Another con is the see-through nature of the sign, my double sided pattern is clearly seen from the other side..
