“I love the signs that we did receive. BUT......you also canceled 20 more signs that I needed by last Sunday and didn't even tell me. You sent me the 20 wired stands for them, didn't cancel them and charged me for them, but why wouldn't you have gotten a hold of me for the other signs you didn't make? It is a very important sign. Then I had to turn around, fill out the forms again, then again and finally got them ordered which I still do not have, and I would have assumed you would have taken off the rush shipping price that I had ALREADY paid for once on my original order, but no I had to pay for it again. I just don't understand. I should have been compensated for the shipping.”
