“I ordered 20 of the 24"x30" signs, double sided, along with 25 bulky stakes. The signs arrived in one of the most mishapin boxes I've seen in years, looked to be the wrong size with being haphazardly taped on all sides to make it work. Some of the signs edges were bent/crushed. And then the bulky stakes didn't make it because that box was done so poorly that the stakes all fell out and UPS marked the package as damaged/lost. I paid the ridiculous $60 to get all of this here sooner than later, but it was definitely not worth spending the extra money, considering I couldn't put my signs up without going and buying OTHER/SEPARATE yard stakes to be able to put my signs in when I wanted to. Which I did, and the cheapest option to fit my signs was $4.75 per yard stake. So I bought 10 of them and had to spend an extra $47.50 to be able to use the signs I paid EXTRA to be able to get them where I needed them in the timespan I paid for. Defintitely upset and bummed by how this played out. Ultimately, 18/20 signs looked good and were in tip top shape. Had the bulky stakes I ordered arrived with everything, I wouldn't be this upset. I would've given the experience a 92/100 (due to 2 signs having edge damage and 1 of them having a weird fade type marking to it). Again, I'm most upset due to the extra price I paid for my items to get here in a more timely manner and not being able to do so. I strongly feel that I should be refunded a decent chunk of that shipping charge. And I will definitely be leaving this same review on your page/google until this is remedied. Also, I tried to upload photo's but it wasn't working. And again, if I'm refunded some of the $300 I paid for the 20 signs, 25 stakes, and expensive shipping, this review can turn around. I feel that it is wrong that I paid extra to have everything by a certain date, only to have both my signs and stakes packaged poorly and not receive them in the time I paid for, defeating the purpose of me paying extra in the first place. Not to mention paying an extra $48 for local yard stakes to fix the situation because the stakes I ordered from you didn't come in. I understand UPS could be part of the problem with me not getting the stakes, but going off of how my signs were packaged, I'd have to believe you guys played a role in the package breaking open too.”
