When a representative called me with a question about my order I made it EXTREMELY clear that we needed them BEFORE May 3. I was assured they would arrive by May 1. They arrived in the afternoon of May 3 and our event was in the morning. I had to made a last minute order from FedEx that cost me $700. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!”

The colors also did not print as chosen, not a high contrast, so the red wording on grey plays with your eyes. The color grey I chose looked much lighter when ordering.”
