“I ordered 10 small double sided yard signs. I asked them to make sure that both sides were right side up. They sent me out a review email very fast. I immediately confirmed the look and layout and said let’s do it.
A week later I asked for an update on shipping. I was told the order was on hold. I told them to check the emails and their response; Yes, you confirmed the order, and we missed it... sorry.
I'm sorry too; I got the order one day to late to use the signs. Wasted money, wasted effort.
