“When I received my order, the backside of ALL the double sided lawn signs was flipped, upside down and the fluting ran the incorrect way. After a few emails and having to send video of every single sign for proof, it was determined that it was production error and that I was to receive a new batch with the correct art and fluting orientation. When I received the new order, the majority of the back sides were now blurry, and the print quality did not match the front. I will not be ordering again. There is definitely a breakdown in quality control happening.”
